These terms explain how customers may use the JUGGORNOT Apparel catalog and what happens when an order is started by text.

1. Catalog use
This catalog is provided for personal shopping and ordering. You may browse the designs, share the catalog link, and text JUGGORNOT Apparel about a numbered design. Access to the catalog does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reproduce any design.
2. Copyright and permitted use
The JUGGORNOT name, original branding, catalog copy, site presentation, and eligible original artwork are owned by or licensed to JUGGORNOT Custom Apparel. Except with prior written permission, you may not copy, download, trace, redraw, alter, remove a watermark from, repost, distribute, sell, manufacture from, scrape, or use catalog content to create products, datasets, or artificial-intelligence training material. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Watermarked previews
Catalog images are watermarked samples for design selection. Watermarks may not be removed or obscured. A purchase covers the finished apparel described in the confirmed order; it does not include ownership of the artwork or permission to reproduce it unless JUGGORNOT Apparel agrees otherwise in writing.
4. Orders and approval
Sending a text is an order request, not final acceptance. Design, garment, size, color, quantity, price, availability, production time, pickup or shipping, and any special conditions must be confirmed before the order is final. Screen colors and garment colors may vary. Changes requested after artwork approval or production begins may affect price and completion time.
5. Customer-provided content
When you submit a logo, photograph, name, quotation, or other material for a custom order, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested product. JUGGORNOT Apparel may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Independent and third-party themes
Buffalo football, hockey, and lacrosse graphics in this catalog are independent fan-inspired artwork and are not official team or league merchandise. Profession-inspired graphics are not official government, military, medical, law-enforcement, fire-department, or agency merchandise. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is claimed.
7. Text messages and privacy
Tapping an order button opens your device's messaging application. Message and data rates may apply. Information you send is used to answer questions, prepare or fulfill your order, and provide related customer service. Do not send full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information by text.
8. Cancellations, returns, and availability
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due after written order and proof approval. Custom, decorated, and personalized apparel is final sale except for a confirmed JUGGORNOT error or product defect reported within 3 calendar days after pickup or delivery. The complete Customer Policies are part of these terms.
9. Payments and next-day pickup
PayPal under JUGGORNOT CUSTOM APPAREL is the branded business payment profile. Cash App at $life4aboss and Venmo at @William-Jefferson-83 are William Jefferson owner payment profiles. In-person Tap to Pay may also be offered. The balance is due before release or pickup. Never send full card details by text. Next-day pickup is available only when confirmed in writing for an approved, in-stock order after required payment is received. The confirmed pickup date controls.
